The Opportunity
We are building a dedicated direct to consumer and brand sales motion targeting high-growth consumer brands across health & wellness, apparel, beauty, food & beverage, and adjacent verticals. This is a greenfield opportunity to own a pre-built pipeline of tiered accounts, set sales strategy, and hire and lead the team that executes against it.
We are looking for a Sales leadership to establish and grow this function, working directly with Symitri’s leadership to turn a well-defined target list into closed revenue and long-term client relationships.
The Role
As Sales Leadership, you will own the full DTC and brand sales cycle — from pipeline development and executive-level prospecting to negotiation and close. You will be Symitri’s senior commercial presence with brands and their agencies, and you will build the team behind you as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue against a structured, tiered account list of 90+ DTC and consumer brand targets across Tier 1 (enterprise), Tier 2 (growth), and Tier 3 (emerging pipeline)
- Build and manage relationships with senior marketing and media decision-makers at direct brands and the agencies that serve them
- Lead the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Hire, develop, and manage Account Executives and SDRs as the team scales through planned hiring phases
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on SDR-driven lead generation, account targeting criteria, and pipeline refresh
- Partner with Product and Data teams to translate Prism AI’s capabilities — CTV audience intelligence, identity resolution, closed-loop measurement — into compelling brand-level value propositions
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts; report monthly against targets with rigor and transparency
- Represent Symitri at industry events and in client-facing settings as a subject matter expert and evangelist
- Provide competitive and market intelligence back to leadership to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap
What You’ll Bring to Symitri
- 10+ years of ad tech sales experience, with a demonstrated track record selling to brands directly and to the agencies that represent them
- Deep fluency in the ad tech ecosystem: programmatic, CTV/Display, DSPs, identity solutions, measurement, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Proven ability to open, develop, and close enterprise-level deals with DTC, e-commerce, consumer brands, or performance marketers
- Experience building or managing a sales team, including pipeline management, forecasting, and rep development
- Strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Familiarity with closed-loop measurement methodologies and ability to speak credibly to ROAS, CPA, and LTV outcomes
- Familiarity with curated marketplaces, audience creation and ad ops is a plus
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable operating in a small-team, high-ownership environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling alongside or into Chalice.ai or SWYM — direct familiarity with these platforms is a strong signal of the right ecosystem pedigree
- Existing relationships within the DTC/Shopify brand ecosystem or at holding company agencies with DTC books of business
- Familiarity with identity resolution technologies (ID5, RampID, UID2) and how they apply to audience targeting and attribution
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment where you have helped build the sales motion from scratch
What Success Looks Like
- You close Symitri’s first cohort of DTC brand clients within 90 days of joining, establishing proof-of-concept against the target list
- You build a credible 6-month pipeline that leadership can forecast and investors can evaluate
- You hire and onboard the first AE layer within 60 days, with a structured ramp plan in place
- Client wins generate case study material — think: a Trubar-style performance story — that becomes the foundation of Symitri’s DTC narrative
- Internal teams view you as the connective tissue between our data capabilities and the brand market opportunity

Compensation: $150,000 to $180,000 base salary + competitive OTE variable compensation. Compensation at Symitri is based on a range of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and remote worksite location. Final offers may vary from the listed range and are determined through a structured evaluation process to ensure equity and consistency.
